Enjoy live for one week in Solberget!
This tour offers our guests experiencing an intense and rewarding week with us in Solberget. We deliberately chose to limit the program each day so you can spend the days with a mixture of the offered activities and time for yourself to explore the area and tune in with its unique atmosphere.
Of course skis are available so you can discover the vicinity of Solberget. We also offer several guided ski-tours to interesting places around Solberget.

One of the highlights of your stay will be a 3 hour reindeer-sledge-ride gliding through snow covered forest of Lapland. At an idyllic spot we will stop and at a campfire we will have a authentic “forest-coffee” and barbeque.

Furthermore, you will have the possibility to visit the world-known Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi or the Sami-museum in Jokkmokk (not included in the price).
We also offer that you can stay at a small wooden cabin on a hill nearby experiencing complete solitude in the snow-covered winter-forest.

If you are lucky reindeer will be sorted and separated nearby according to their owners. The earlier in the year you come here the higher the chances are to see this spectacle. Of course you can expect to go there and see Sami doing their daily work. As this will be not set up for tourists you will likely be the only visitors amongst the locals. This is a unique possibility to experience this.

We invite you to spend quiet, relaxing and eventful days with us here in Solberget in the real winter.

Getting here and back from Stockholm by train with a sleeper it will be about 20-200€ per person. If you wish we will book the tickets for you.

Please note:

The tour starts at 2 pm at the first day in Solberget. End of the program is on the final day around 3 pm. The rooms are available from 2 pm at the first day and on the last day until 1 pm. If you arrive earlier or leave later that day the common room will be available for our guests. On the first day at 2 pm we will show you around Solberget and explain how life works around here (you should not miss this).

Included in the package:

• Transfer from the train station in Nattavaara
• Skiing equipment
• Maps of the area
• Introduction (first day at 2 pm)
• Feeding the reindeer
• Usage of sauna
• Full board with typical food (partially organic food)
• Accommodation in unique rooms (usually shared rooms, doubles are additionally 8€ per person and night. Nonetheless, you may appreciate if you can share the responsibility for keeping the fire going with others over night).
• 3 guided ski-tours each 3 hours
• Sledge ride with reindeer (in December and January about 1 hour, otherwise about 3 hours)
• Visit of reindeer-sorting if possible (small fee for the petrol)

Extras – not included in the price

• Trip to the ice-hotel in Jukkasjärvi: from 50€/person for car lending (190 km single trip) additionally 33 € entrance fee /person.
• Trip to the Sami-museum in Jokkmokk: 25€/person for car lending (100 km single trip) additionally about 6€ entrance fee
• The extras may be booked while you are here. For the trips mentioned above you may lend a car from us and drive yourselves. Please do not forget to bring your drivers licence.
• Massages from 19€
• Staying additional days after the tour is possible (from 65€/night), coming beforehand is also possible from 75€/night
