Winter activites
Get to know the reindeer who will be our companion on the tour, treat and handle them before going on the exciting three day trip with animals and sled.
On this tour we will build our resting place for the night: completely made of snow! Equipped with absolutely cold-resistant winter sleeping bags, lying on brushwood and reindeer furs, we will spend a night you will never forget – in an igloo made all by yourself.
After some days in Solberget we start the 4-days ski-tour through the Muddus national park (part of the world-heritage LAPONIA). We will pass trough untouched countryside of the southern side of the park with our traditional wooden skies.
The Sami market in Jokkmokk has over 400 year tradition and is a special event here in the north. You can experience true Sami culture, handicraft and music there.Every year we spend the first two days on the market with our guests.
Go on a 2 days dog sledge trip with us! Furthermore we will get to know the reindeer at Solberget. In Jokkmokk you will also have the possibility to visit the Sami-museum.
Christmas on the northern Arctic Circle means forests covered deeply in snow and a magic world of hobgoblins and fairies. This tour is for all who want to escape the hectic christmas atmosphere at home and want to spend some quiet and peaceful days in Lapland instead.
