Sauna-house

Likely the most important house at Solberget: the wood-fired sauna – each evening a welcome pleasure.
In the wintertime goint to the sauna is especially is especaially appealing: just jump outside into the snow.
The sauna at Solberget is also the place to wash and shower. In the evenings, when the sauna is heated, warm water is available in the washing-room for the personal hygiene. Usually this is done after having a sauna but you will not have to go to the sauna because the washing room and the sauna are separated. Here is also the only water tap at Solberget. Hot water directly from the tap.

The sauna at Solberget is more than that: in the evening it is THE meeting point for many guests. In between having the sauna people sit in the anteroom and relax with a sauna beer, chat or just relax. Usually, the sauna is heated every second evening, sometimes also every evening – depending on the guests.

PS: We recommend bringing slippers for the sauna as you can stand outside longer (if there is polar light).
